Meet Your Instructor

Claudia Stein

Claudia H. Stein (she/they) is a multifaced artist and passionate teacher working in the tri-state area. She has made a lifelong commitment to integrate movement and the arts into her everyday life. Claudia is an experienced choreographer and dance teacher, trained in a wide variety of styles. They completed their 200-hr yoga teacher training in 2018 with Breathe for Change and began teaching online classes during the pandemic. Now, Claudia offers yoga classes, wellness workshops, and works privately with clients to bring people home to their bodies. Their work focuses on inclusivity, sustainability, and accessibility; all students should feel welcome and safe to express themselves and take their practice off the mat or out of the studio, no matter where they are in their journey!
