'I am famous - if not notorious - for having an escape plan.'
Daniele
When you’re in the middle of a really challenging situation, sometimes trying to problem-solve and heal in the middle of chaos can be counterproductive. Though I am often accused of “running away“. The truth is, I recognize when it’s time to step away from something that’s difficult, take time for myself to process and heal, and then return to my life with a new and inspired perspective.
The newest addition to LiveYinsa offerings is individualized retreats focused on a particular goal.
When I think about the work that I’ve done with women over the last 10 years, there are some common themes that are consistent:
You’re struggling through a
break-up.
You are the black sheep of the family or the primary caregiver.
You want to leave your job but don’t know how.
You realize you need a deeper connection to God.
Each of these challenges requires a different type of healing process. In order to address the four major challenges that women to come to me with, I have created and curated specific retreats for each challenge with lots of customizable options that utilize the tools and strategies that I, myself, have used to navigate challenging experiences.
For these retreats, you’ll be using the same accommodations that I utilize such as:
One thing that I have learned on retreats is that I can’t trust that anybody else’s idea of an enjoyable experience is at all similar to mine. To make sure you have the best experience possible, I’m choosing to send you to my own people on these retreats with an experience that is tailored specifically to you and your HEALing journey.
The Break-Up retreat is designed specifically for those who have ended a 10 or 20-year relationship, been ghosted by thier boy toy, or still reeling over a break-up from three years ago.
For some of us, our families don’t have the same access to healing and communication skills that we do. One of the challenges of being in this generation is that we have access to so much media to teach us how to behave, but that’s not necessarily true for families. If you’re preparing for a difficult holiday season, or running away from one. This is the perfect escape.
We’ve all done it and joined the rat race to get the education and get the job and get the apartment, but now what? Are we happy? Are we waking up excited to do it we love every single day? If the answer is no, the chances chances are you need inspiration. This trip is designed to inspire creativity and help you develop a skillset to be able to earn money doing what you love.
One of the questions I get most often from my clients is “How can I develop my spiritual practice?“. For each person, the answer varies. What is it exactly that you’re trying to do? Are you trying to build a meditation practice in your life? Are you interested in this a particular spiritual or religious past? Do you want to get closer to your ancestors and spirit guides? Are you trying to create a deeper connection with the roots of the spiritual practice you had in childhood? Each of these past requires different teachers, different practices, and a different location. If you’re looking to develop your spiritual practice, this customizable retreat will be developed in partnership with spiritual leaders in the tradition of what you are interested in.
*All of this depends on the practice. This is a highly customized retreat and will look very different for each participant.

Hi! I’m Daniele! I’m an educator and mentor to students around the world, using the ancient traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda as my lens. Over the last 15 years, I’ve studied Spiritual traditions including Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, Herbalism, ATRs and Astrology with Pure Yoga, Prema Yoga Institute, Pranamaya, Jai Dev, Adriana Ayales, Brandon Ruiz, Kate Kuss, Marc Nelles, Dr. Vani Gandhi, Jessica Baptiste, and a number of other teachers and mentors. With over 1,000 hours of study, my friends call me the yoga fairy – I bring yoga and ayurvedic wellness to communities across various digital and real-life, in-person platforms through workshops, classes, trainings and retreats. I’m passionate about making Ayurveda as mainstream as astrology. I work with clients who are struggling with doing inner work, healing from trauma, making major life changes, and sometimes feel like a “hot mess.” My clients leave me with an understanding of how their lifestyle choices can help them feel safe and grounded, with lasting relationships and an abundant life. They have learned how to say either “hell no”, (or “hell yes”), and they are confident, driven, and can execute their creative ideas. Students who work with me appreciate the brave spaces I create where no one is judged, and everyone finds the space they need to heal. When I’m not working with students in group or 1:1 settings, you can find me dancing with my husband, Yohan, and my Pekingese, Gizmo on various beaches in the Dominican Republic.
