Nadia Quraishi is a Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Nourished by Nadia.  She worked in Finance for several years but realized this wasn’t her path. She was very interested in health and wellness and enrolled in a Nutrition program. With the rise of chronic diseases, Nadia knew she had to make it her mission to spread awareness about the benefits of a whole foods diet. Through consultations, cooking classes, and wellness products, she shows her clients how to transition to a healthier lifestyle.  In 2018, Nadia launched products including elderberry syrup, turmeric latte mix, and vegan cookies. She has also organized wellness events in NYC, bringing together many wellness advocates and small businesses in the community.
