Learn how to track your menstrual cycle and use cycle syncing strategies to feel aligned with your menstrual cycle.

Norah is a Holistic Registered Dietitian that specializes in Gut and Hormone Health. She is on a mission to spread menstrual empowerment to menstruating people of all ages. Her goal is to help you improve quality of life. Norah is the founder of Nutrition with Norah, a virtual nutrition private practice where she sees individuals in a 1:1 and group setting.
Norah received her BS in Dietetics from Penn State, and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. She has had experience working in GI disorders in pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital, and has focused on GI + Hormone Health over the last 3 years. She is located in Hoboken, NJ with her husband and active pup, Blue. She loves to bike, hike, rock climb, play tennis, and loves any other activity in the sun.
