Harmony in Motion: Yin & Yang Yoga Series ”Harmony in Motion” is a transformative journey of balance and unity. This series combines the gentle, introspective practice of Yin Yoga with the dynamic, invigorating elements of Yang Yoga, creating a harmonious blend that nurtures both body and mind.
Part 2 “Calm the Yin” – Transition into a serene Yin Yoga practice that encourages deep relaxation and restoration. Immerse in long-held, passive poses that target the connective tissues and promote flexibility. This session focuses on cultivating stillness, surrender, and a connection with your inner self, embracing the soothing, feminine energy of Yin.
Each session will offer an opportunity for journaling. Recommended props: yoga blocks (or books), bolster (or pillows/cushion), blanket.
